Sharp pain in knee

I am wondering if anybody has a sharp pain when stepping down even from a small curb? I occasionally get this and it will take as much as 72 hours before I can bear full weight on the knee. Any Ideas as to what to do?

lisagaff57 June 2, 2012 at 8:59 am0 LikesYes I have tried the heat and ice alternating, the Dr just says to rest it, compression bandage (which I cannot tolerate Fibro) and Ipip. This is starting to happen to often.
